Our first Angels game!!!

Thanks to a good friend of mine and her soon to be hubby, We got to go to an Angels game. It was the first time that the kids had got to go. I have wanted to take them forever but havnt had the chance. I am so thankful to them for giving us their tickets. Avery was in love with it and since we got him, all he talks about is being a baseball player and acts out hitting the ball, and sliding into the bases. I think this is something that we have to do more often. Ashley was quite into it as well. We had lots of fun and loaded up on lots of junk food, Just like it should be when going to a game!
We were given 4 tickets and I decided to give taitlynne a call and ask if she wanted to join us. She was able to and met us right before the game. The kids loved seeing her and had so much fun.

Yummy ice cream sundays, They were HUGE. ashley ate maybe one bite. shes not too big on sweets, although, you wouldnt guess that buy the cotton candy all over her face. Cotton candy is one of her favorites.
Awww. so cute. thanks for coming tait. Was so fun to get to see you and spend time together.

Easter!!!

This month was full of easter fun. We had many egg hunts, decorated, colored eggs. had fun with family and full of parties.
These pics are a little out of order. Here are the kids baskets, they have been waiting for. Easter is always a great day for getting kids to bed early. She couldnt wait for him to come. In the morning, she ran downstairs and said, HE CAME, HE CAME. So fun to see the joy through a kids eyes.

The easter bunny was very good to these kiddos. i guess they were pretty good.
COloring eggs was fun. Ashley insisted that she keep her eggs with her at all times and would not let me put them in the fridge or eat them. I had to sneak into her bag/baskets before we got one of those nice smelling rotten eggs. yum

At school they had some easter festivities, they made bunny ears, and had a easter egg hunt.

Every year I always want to make these sugar diarama (?) but never get around to it or have the supplies needed. As it turns out, you dont need all that much. I basically had to buy some little figurines and a big plastic egg. I had everything else, so i took the opportunity and made them this year. We had some help from gramma and was a fun project. Me and ashley were teamed up and avery and gramma were teamed up. I think ours turned out really cute. Averys team was having a little trouble with their frosting, so had some issues, but Their egg came out really cute too.




One morning for breakfast, we made bunny, chick and egg shaped pancakes, I love doing things like this for them. Its so fun and makes great memories.
On actual Easter morning we went to the park/beach with the family (sorry no pics, i failed on that one) It was really fun despite the rain that went on in the morning. It ended up clearing up and was a nice day. We had a fun easter egg hunt (that was attacked and robbed by some crows) and Uncle Jared and Aunt megan announced that they are having a baby!!!! great news on a great day. congrats!!!!

Gramma got a pass!!!!

Gramma got a disneyland pass!!!! yay. now we can go with her all the time. This time we went with her to california adventure. We had lots of fun.
Here we are on the tower of terror. This was a first time ride for both ashley and avery. Ashley CLAIMS she liked it. Im not so sure though. Avery was practically running out of the ride when it was over. Although he claims after the fact, that he liked it. Im not so sure he did.

IN april, me and antoine took the kids out for a walk on the bike trail. actually. they rode their bikes. Which was not a very fun experiance. It was more of a job for both of us. Avery would cry and pout because he didnt know how to ride his bike and wouldnt try to keep up with us. ashley did better. but we decided we need to get out more and teach them how to ride.

Family fun day.

In In irvine they had a family day sponsered by the oc magazine. We didnt have anything else to do on that sat and daddy was doing stuff. so i decided to take the kids. I love these kind of things because they have alot of booths that give away free things. the kids come home with toys and candy and lunchboxes and hats and balloons and all kinds of stuff. we had about 4 bags full of stuff. Everything was free.
Ashley wanted a dolphin balloon. The guy said that he didnt know how to do that, but cold do a whale. I think it still turned out cute and still looked like a dolphin. You know, dolphin, whale? whats the difference really? lol
Avery wanted a guitar. Again, the guy said he never did one, but would try (should of gone to the other guys, he was faster and did better) SO this is what it came out to. Avery was kinda mad. In this pic, he was saying, Hey thats not a guitar!!! lol. oh well. it popped 10 min later anyways. :(

Rides and games were all free.
They had a dog show. Well. not a dog show, but a show where the dogs caught frisbees. It was cool and the kids loved it.
After the dog show. We went and got our face painted. Averys turned out really cute. Hes a puppy. He got lots of compliments on it all throughout the day.

Avery and ash got to see police cars and sit in the fire trucks. Avery loved this part. When the Police men talked to him he would get shy. so cute.

We got to see the characters from the movie HOP. We didnt see the movie until a couple weeks later, but it was fun to get to know them.

Happy ST. Patricks day!!!!!

THis year was a fun st. patricks day. The day before i bought some green dye (they only had a dark green) And we tye dyed some white shirts. The dye was so dark that it didnt turn out a good green, more like grey or black. But oh well, next year ill do better.
Here are my beautiful models. matching shirts. they were so Excited to wear them to school today.
For breakfast we made Yummy cinnamon rolls. These are a favorite of my little leprechauns. To make them festive. I dyed the frosting green. Yum.
Later, we made rainbow yogurt pops!!!!! (BTW: dont use too much red. They were gross. Unless you buy the flavorless red dye)

This was ashleys first time on a horse. She looks like she was unsure of it. but when she got off she said she liked it.

This year Zoomars petting zoo had a special Family day. We got to feed the animals, ride the horses and the rain for 15 dollars. The kids LOVE this place so we decided that it would be really fun to take them. We went with some other girls from church.


This little guy was ashleys favorite. she would hold on to him and act like it was her baby. Not sure how the little guy felt about all that. ha ha.

This place was alot of fun. But if you have allergies. Beware. It was a nightmare for me and couldnt wait to get out of that part. THe things you go through for your kids!!!!!. But even through that. we had lots of fun.
